About this collection

Not every image belongs to one place. Going Places gathers work shot further afield — from a comet over a Northumberland lighthouse to the towers of London at dusk — united by a habit of stopping wherever the light or the structure demands it. Waterfalls in the Pennines, sculpture in Falkirk, monuments lit for the night: the common thread isn't geography, it's the moment something stood still long enough to be seen properly.
